Summary:During the low-load operation of the boiler side of the coal-fired power plant, the temperature of the SCR inlet flue gas is lowered, which can not meet the optimal reaction range of the denitration catalyst, and the catalyst reactivity is reduced. On the other hand, the baffle provided in the tail flue is non-adjustable. Under low load, the flow field in the flue is uneven, which leads to an increase in ammonia slippage. The ammonia escape detection instrument of some power plants is not accurate. The increase of ammonia slip increases the amount of ammonium bisulfate, which leads to blockage of air preheater and affects the operation of coal-fired units. Safety and economy. In this paper, the concrete measures of flow field transformation are proposed through the scheme of digital model and physical model. The experimental scheme is proved that the scheme is feasible under cold conditions and has good effects.
