Summary:Thermodynamic modeling of the oxidation of aluminum-titanium alloys doped with niobium and tantalum was performed. The results of thermodynamic calculations were consistent with the study of this process by the method of combined scanning calorimetry and made it possible to identify the macromechanism and the sequence of metal oxidation.
