Summary: | Some of the problems in Newton’s law can be solved in various ways known as multi-representation. Problem solving in a multi representative way can be solved by means of diagrams, pictures, or mathematical equations. A good mathematical equation will produce the ability to analyze force and draw force diagrams well. Therefore, this study aims to look at the ability to draw free body diagrams especially on forces in Newton’s law. This study uses a quantitative method with One-Group-Pretest-Posttest design. The results showed that there was a change in the depiction of the free body diagram of students before and after giving the intervention. Thus learning instruction modelling gives a positive impact in learning Newton’s law, especially on the depiction of free body diagrams. |
