Description
Summary:Tow techniques have been used to identify and classify penicillium (Implicatum, Aurantiogriseum, Notatum, Purpurogenum and Citrinum), first microscopic technique is depend on the images of the internal composition of the colony and study the morphological characteristics and second technique we used FTIR ATR as a sensitive, a rapid, reliable technique and powerful tool for discrimination between five penicillium species. In the present study we have obtained good and accuracy results for the identification and classification of species of penicillium, when we used microscopic and FTIR ATR spectroscopic techniques.
