Possibilities of a hybrid (electron-x-ray) nanoscopes for research in biology and medicine

This paper describes the development of a hybrid nanoscope, the main attention was paid to testing the design of the electron probe module, which ensures the optimal formation of a nanoscale electron beam. In the course of the work, a small experimental series of devices were made.
