Summary:CIVA simulation software was used in this paper to explore the influence of probe frequency and wafer size on bolt sound field distribution and defect response. According to the sound field distribution results, the chip size and probe frequency that have a great influence on the detection results were selected to obtain the simulation detection results in the defect response, and the simulation results were analyzed to obtain the selection basis of bolt detection parameters.
