Summary: | Nanocrystalline copper indium diselenide (CuInSe2) thin films were synthesized by one step electrodeposition technique at room temperature. The XRD pattern reveals the chalcopyrite structure of CuInSe2. The SEM image shows the cauliflower nature of nanocrystalline CuInSe2. with crystallite size of 50-100 nm. The EDS analysis confirms presence of copper, indium and selenium elements. UV- V is analysis shows optical band gap of 1.2 eV and FTIR study shows the peaks at 2348.87 cm-1 and 2853.17 cm-1 corresponding to polycrystalline CuInSe2. |
