Summary: | Zinc Boro Glutrate semiorganic single crystals are grown by a slow evaporation technique. Obtained high-quality ZBG single crystal is characterized by various techniques. Single crystal XRD study it is confirmed that ZBG in triclinic structure. Using powder XRD analysis, the crystalline nature of the material was confirmed and the Miller index was marked. The use of FTIR studies revealed the presence of functional groups. Reflection spectrum recorded by UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy. Band gap energy of 5.14 eV is calculated. The thermal properties of ZBG crystal were analyzed by TG-DTA study |
