Description
Summary:The present study is about the acoustic noise levels and flow visualization for jet flow from a coaxial pipe with a circular cross-section and six flat vanes. Experiments are conducted using a high-pressure settling chamber facility and images are captured through compressible flow visualization technique. The results of noise levels and flow visualization were obtained for nozzle pressure ratios ranging from NPR 2 to NPR 5 and the same are compared between forward and reverse configurations.
