description | This research aims to produce comics. Comics are a combination of narration and description presented visually with character characters. The development process is carried out with the 4D model with stages, including define, design, develop, and assess. The instrument used was a questionnaire of experts (media, material, graphics, and literature) and users (teachers and students). The quantitative assessments by experts (media, material, graphics, and literature) yielded an average of 85.8%, 79.5%, 80%, and 80.2%, respectively. At the same time, the quantitative results of user ratings (teachers and students) give an average result of 76.72% and 76%. These results indicate that the comics developed are suitable to be used as alternative learning media on radioactive concepts. This comic can explain the concept of radioactivity and package it in a storyline. In the future, comics can be used as an alternative visual learning media to explain the concepts of physics. |
