Summary:The relevance of this research is due to the necessity to identify the interconnections between the development level of the industrial complex of the megaregional space industry and the factors, which influence the integration processes in these scientific and production systems, which are notable for industrial and regional components. The analysis of current development problems in the space industry is done. There are disclosed number of opportunities for the optimization of integration processes in the megaregion. These processes provide a synergistic effect under conditions of adequate strategic management and assessment tools. It is concluded that the mechanism of integration-balanced management would increase the development efficiency of the industrial complex of the space industry.
