Summary:We study the hybrid opto-plasmonic multi-level scheme of near-resonant interaction between laser pump field and signal surface plasmon-polariton (SPP) in semiconductor quantum dot (QD) in the proximity of a flat graphene surface. The possibility of achieving the conditions for strong coupling between surface plasmon-polaritons and quantum dot are demonstrated.
