Description
Summary:The paper identifies possible ways to reduce the influence of the pressure of the measured liquid on the readings of vibration-frequency sensors used in the automation of technological processes in the chemical industry. For this purpose, an analytical expression is derived that relates the output signal of the sensor - the frequency of natural oscillations, with the pressure of the measured liquid. Substantiates the possibility of correction of the sensor, by introducing the equation of the static characteristics of the sensor some constant (the ratio of the oscillation frequency of the resonator pressure), which is to determine theoretically design and experimentally during, as well as reducing the effect of pressure on the natural frequency of the sensor by introducing the design of the compensator, developing tensile forces, equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the efforts of the compression created as a result of the pressure of the measured liquid.
