Description
Summary:The article considers the influence of technological modes of direct laser alloying on the macro-, microstructure and microhardness of a heat-resistant nickel-based alloy with the aim of using this technology for this class of materials in the manufacture of body parts in gas turbine plants. The results of the analysis of the microstructure, characteristic defects, such as discontinuities in the form of looseness, pores and seams for the studied modes in the form of an integral quality index, are generalized. The presented results made it possible to rank the set of technological parameters for 8 technological modes and give recommendations for determining the range of admissible values of technological parameters of direct laser fusion for further search for their optimal values in this area.
