Monitoring structural reliability and mechanical safety of underground oil pipelines taking into account the dynamics of the structure change of permafrost soils
The paper presents a method for monitoring the main parameters of underground oil pipelines, taking into account changes in soil foundations, mainly in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The section of the oil pipeline is considered in terms of monitoring heat engineering processes and their...

description | The paper presents a method for monitoring the main parameters of underground oil pipelines, taking into account changes in soil foundations, mainly in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The section of the oil pipeline is considered in terms of monitoring heat engineering processes and their influence on the reliability of the system. The main results of calculations of the oil pipeline section are described; changes in soil foundations are modeled. As an example for the calculations, a multilayer pipe with polyurethane foam insulation and coating was used. It showed the best performance as a result of modeling in comparison with the design one. |
