Summary:Automation of the routine tasks of institutes allows for the reduction of the processing time of admission applications and reduces the probability of human errors. For this study, two tasks that needed to be automated using information technology were selected - building analytical reports (working with OLAP data cubes) and optical recognition of elements of manually filled forms in Python. As a result of the introduction of automation, the tasks described in the work began to require minimal manual intervention and the processing time decreased greatly. With further iterations to optimize the work of institutes, new opportunities will appear to accelerate the processing of large volumes of applications.
