Description
Summary:The aim of the study was to determine the physicochemical properties, molecular characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of polyester fibers obtained from flakes (SPET f) raw material samples of mixed colored secondary polyethylene terephthalate waste processed by various mechanical methods. Research has shown that the composition of mixed-color SPET f raw materials processed at the joint venture “Tuft and Grass” is different. There was obtained polyester fiber with low physical and mechanical properties compared to the fibers of the enterprises “Heng Li Group Co. LTD” and “Zhejiang BoRetech Environmental Engineering Co. LTD. It was found that the fibers obtained from the raw materials of two enterprises have high physical and mechanical properties.
