Description
Summary:The main goal of urban development is to achieve the level of maximum satisfaction of people's needs. To achieve this, at the state level, special attention is paid to the formation and management of cities and urban resources, which, along with finance, also includes land. In this regard, the priority tasks for cities are the formation of effective management and disposal of available land resources with high utility and a certain value in order to increase the investment attractiveness of the territories. At the same time, it is important to understand that in order to achieve a holistic system of land management at the state level, it is necessary to develop a set of measures to form an economic impact aimed at implementing the state's land policy, creating social guarantees and ensuring the rights of land relations subjects.
