Summary: | The article provides an overview and analysis of modern scientific research in the field of roller technological machines. The results of a graph-analytical study of a tooth-lever differential transmission mechanism for roller technological machines with a variable center distance and with different diameters of the working shafts are given. Geometric conditions that prevent geometric sliding between the working shafts and the material being processed were formulated. Tables of the calculations conducted and graphs of changes in the frequency of rotation of the gear and lever links of the mechanism are given. It is shown that when the formulated geometric condition is fulfilled, the gear ratio of the mechanism does not change regardless of the change in the center distance of the working shafts. |
