Summary: | Determination of inflammatory biomarkers in sera of rats with renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis and evaluated the relation them with erythropoietin deficiency which causes anemia. Blood and histological samples collected from 80 male rats of albino BALB/c classified to sixty rats that were orally received with adenine at a concentration of 100 mg/kg to induce renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis, twenty rats as a control group.
