Description
Summary:In the research conducted by Kazakh scientists in the last three decades in relation to agriculture, in most cases, the goal of a comprehensive study of the place and role of multi-sectoral interacting elements in the country's economy and the tasks facing them as a single complex were set only theoretically. Moreover, a multi-sectoral systematic approach to the study of the issues of comprehensive in-depth processing of agricultural raw materials coming from animal husbandry and state regulation of this process was not proposed. With an effective development of beef cattle breeding, the principle of maximum approximation of cattle meat production to areas where the best natural and climatic conditions for pasture maintenance and fattening of beef cattle, as well as sufficient areas of forage land, should become fundamental. An important circumstance in this case is to ensure the sale of manufactured products on favorable conditions for the agricultural producer. The authors consider the system approach to the consideration of these branches to be the main methodological approach, which received its justification and development at the beginning of the twentieth century, and which is today the most common direction of the methodology of scientific cognition in comparison with the same analytical method. It includes a set of elements, the combination of which is interpreted by researchers depending on their vision of the object of their research. This determines the need to systematize them in relation to the object under consideration. Authors propose to divide the well-known properties of systems into several categories – structural, qualitative and dynamic characteristics of the system, methodological approaches to the study of systems and the most characteristic techniques and methods of research.
