Summary:In the era of industry 4.0, companies useseveral trending technologies for promotingtheir performances including IoT and Big Data. This phenomenon has signified the urgency to develop a model for their implementation especially there is lack of knowledge on what factorsneeded to supportthe success of their implementationto gain better performances. Besides that, the trending use of IoT and Big Dataresulteddisintegratedapplicationthat may complicated their implementation. Due to these two reasons, developing the model needs to consider several previous studies. From these reviews, five factors are required such as: 1) Business Process Improvement, 2) Marketing Strategies, 3) Business Management Innovation, 4) Business Models and Organizational Culture and 5) Privacy and Ethics. These factors giveattractive insightsand guidance for developing the model. The whole of these factors isproposed to be included in the model as guidance in implementing IoT and Big Data for better business performances. By implementing this model, business performances may increase due to better business processes. These processesareimportant center for companytoimprove both marketing strategies and business management.Due to their importance,business model & organizational culture and privacy & ethics are pre-requisite to improve business processes.This finding may contribute as opportunity for researchersto confirmthe model in their future research.
