Summary:The essence of the innovative potential of the enterprise is considered. An integrated approach to the study of the problem of assessing the innovative potential of an organization is described, which consists, in particular, in the quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of the organization’s use of innovative potential to create highly competitive products and determining the correspondence of the accumulated level of innovative potential to the priorities of the strategic development of the organization and indicators of programs to increase labor productivity.
