Summary:This research aimed to assist companies in determining suppliers and help companies evaluate production processes that will relate to the quality of the products to be produced. In the early stages starting on the selection of suppliers using AHP Method and the comparison method is Weighted Average Method, because the price is expensive and the damage of raw materials are quite a lot. Based on the calculations obtained results on the three raw materials are for the best supplier of plate raw material is PT Sumber Baja Mandiri, then galvanized raw materials is PT Galvindo Inti Perkasa and bolt raw material is PT Citra Kasika. Furthermore, on the production process scheduling used CDS Method with the method of comparison is Gupta Method, because scheduling the production process in this project experiencing delays for delivery to customer. The best result is using CDS Method with total time 388,31 minutes for 5 machines and 3 products, and 275,47 minutes for 3 machines and 3 products. Product quality improvement used Pareto Diagram to know the risks that must be prioritized for finish the risk, then use Cause-Effect Diagram for errors on plate perforation with mitigation strategies.
