Description
Summary:The preparation of metallic nano particle solutions is one of the most significant fields of modern research. This methodology varies from conventional nanoparticle preparation processes. The process is based on the irradiation of a pulsed laser with a gold layer submerged distilled water solution. In the present search the preparation of nano-gold, is to characterize the percentage of Nano-gold, three type of analysis are used to identify nano-gold, atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), analytical techniques ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy and scanning probe microscope (SPM), the Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy is used to examine the amount of nano material concentration for gold metal, after laser shouting it and converting it into nano particles. The measure is performed for different laser energies ("700 mJ, 800 mJ, 900 mJ, 1000 mJ"). The results shows the low concentration of nano-gold is at the less energy (700 mJ) and very approach Concentation between (800mJ to 900mJ) and high concentration occur when there is change in the color of the soulation with the energy at (1000mJ) of Nd:YAG laser, the SPM shows that the best result for nano particle is with the energy at (1000mJ) in which the diameter of gold nano particles becomes 32.78 nm.
