Summary:In this paper, a mechatronic control module for a pneumatic drive of long-stroke coordinate movements is developed. A non-contact method of controlling the pneumatic actuator is proposed, the design of nozzle elements is proposed. During the calculations, it was determined that the positioning pressure on the nozzle devices is about 3-4 bar. According to the calculations, a graph of the pressure on the nozzles from the movement of the pneumatic cylinder carriage was drawn up. A control unit and a program for controlling the positional cycle of the developed pneumatic actuator have been developed.
