Summary: | The challenge in implementing science practicum during the COVID-19 pandemic is more significant than learning theory. Laboratory activities must be carried out at home during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to measure the argumentation skills of prospective science teachers in basic biology practicum through the application of Science Integrated Learning. The research used mixed methods. The research target is 64 science student teachers in basic biology practicum. The following are research results on skills of claim (score 78), evidence (score 82), reasoning (score 80), and rebuttal (score 79). The argumentation skills of prospective science teachers are in the category of fairly good but not yet good. This study concludes that the argumentation skills of prospective science teachers can be developed through practicum activities at home. |
