Description
Summary:In PERMEN PUPR Number 10 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) in the application of SMKK including the Construction Safety Plan (RKK) which is a unified document for implementing SMKK in the contract document. Construction Safety Risk Assessment. In Construction Safety Risk Assessment from Activity Description, Hazard Identification/Accident Type, Hazard Impact, Frequency, Severity, and Risk Level whose assessment is in the form of linguistic variables. Linguistic variables can be calculated using fuzzy theory. Fuzzy theory provides a way to represent an impression of value. In the process of fuzzy logic logic consists of fuzzification which represents linguistic values into numerical values, the inference process to convert fuzzy inputs into fuzzy outputs by following twenty-five rules (if-then rules) that have been set, defuzzification, namely changing the process to change the fuzzy output obtained from the inference engine to a firm value using the appropriate membership function at the time of fuzzification. This research produces an application that makes this process easier. The initial application "IQUMRA Construction Safety v0.1" uses the Python 3 programming language, with supporting libraries namely NumPy, Matplotlib, and Tkinter. The input variables used to make the application are probability (P[E]) and impact (P[I]), and the output variable is the value of construction safety risk by making a fuzzy logic process with if-then rules from the second input which produces one output that represents the value of the calculated linguistic variable. In the application of the "IQUMRA Construction Safety v0.1" program in safety calculations, construction uses fuzzy logic with data consisting of an explanation and two hazards with each potential risk, impact on human, impact on equipment, impact on material and impact on the environment. Construction safety calculations can use the default data that has been provided, but users can still use their own data as needed. Tests carried out on the Construction Safety Risks of the Padang-Pekanbaru Toll Road Construction Project on Girder Transportation Works by comparing the construction safety safety values on eleven potential hazard items. The comparison shows that the difference in the calculation of construction safety risks using the formula in accordance with PERMEN PUPR No. 10 of 2021 and using the "IQUMRA Construction Safety v0.1" application through a logi
