Summary:This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the test instrument for the student’s mathematical creative thinking skills in junior high school on polyhedron geometrics. The question is arranged based on indicators of mathematical creative thinking skills, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The question readability test was carried out on five experts and also students to find out the instrument’s theoretical validity. The instrument was tested on junior high school students, who then calculated the value of its validity, reliability, discriminating power, and difficulty level. The results of the instrument test showed that the mathematical creative thinking skill instrument was feasible to use in polyhedron geometric for junior high school students with several revisions. Researchers who are interested in using mathematical creative thinking instruments can use them by adopting and modifying the instrument.
