Summary: | The production processes of commercial products of oil and gas processing and petrochemicals cannot be imagined without capacitive equipment, which is often operated under internal overpressure and relatively high temperatures. Also, the metal of the structural elements of the containers on the inner side can be influenced to various degrees by the working medium, causing corrosion wear and thereby thinning the walls of the elements, bringing them closer to the transition to an inoperable state due to a decrease in the safety factor. During the life cycle of process vessels, operating parameters can be changed. Such transformations may occur in case of process disruption, in cases where, for example, an increase in operating pressure or temperature occurs. The increase in pressure, temperature and the effect of the corrosive medium together can have a decisive effect on the stress-strain state of the process vessels. Pipelines from process piping can also make a significant contribution to the formation of stressed-deformed state by acting loads on the nozzles of the apparatus. In this regard, it is relevant to study the stress-strain state of the vessel body at various values of corrosion wear, pressure and temperature increase. |
