Summary: | Strontium doped Zinc Oxide (Zn1-xSrxO) nanoceramics has been successfully prepared by solid state reaction method with different doping concentration (x=0-0.03). The modulus spectroscopy of the synthesized sample has been carried out by an impedance analyzer. The formation of phase has been confirmed by XRD and was found to be single phase, wurtzite structure, belong to space group P63mc for all compositions. The transition from long to short range mobility of charge carriers was observed in Sr doped ZnO samples. A change in the shape and size of modulus spectrum was observed with increase in temperature. The asymmetric peak broadening shows a non-Debye type of relaxation mechanism. The modulus studies show the single phase formation and temperature dependent relaxation process in the synthesized materials. |
