Summary:The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced Covid-19 disease outbreak was a pandemic and drastically increased in cases around the world including Malaysia which had caused a high mortality rate, rapid spread of Covid-19 infection and economic losses. All sectors are struggling to maintain their security and business continuity. Unfortunately, cases of cyber-attack significantly increase during the movement control order (MCO) and it's caused a negative impact on society and business. This review research aims to investigate the factors to change the cyber landscape and cyber threats occur in Malaysia. Explained that the preventive measures planned by the Government to curb cyber crime and the impact of Covid-19 on society in particular and the country, in general can be implemented. The searching method is using the free electronic database to search for peer-reviewed cyber security literature and relevant literature of mass media. The review considers the number of articles published in 2020. Finally, identifying cyber security threats during the Covid-19 crisis that has changed the cyber security landscape in Malaysia.
