Summary:One area of science that studies comfort between humans and their environments is Ergonomics, especially in the Anthropometry sub-field of science. This study aims to analyze the height of college backrest based on student shoulder height. This research was conducted at the third semester of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Industrial Engineering Students, which consisted of 10 groups and consisted of 40 students. Data collection methods used are direct. The data taken is Shoulder Height of 40 students. The results of the analysis obtained an N 'value of 11.63 (enough data); the value of BKA = 46.5 cm and BKB = 32.82 cm; the value of the 5% percentile (minimum size of products made) = 34.03 cm and the 95% percentile (maximum size of products made) = 45.29 cm.
