Description
Summary:This work touches upon the problem of finding activation technology for building materials, products and structures, in particular, made of reinforced concrete, with low energy, resource and labor intensity. The method of chemical activation of coarse and fine aggregate with an aqueous solution of bischofite is considered, and the effect of the con-centration of the activating solution on the strength integral and differential characteristics of spun concretes is studied. In total, 5 compositions of spun concrete were manufactured and tested. Based on the results of laboratory tests, the values of the coefficients of the variatropic efficiency of activated spun concretes were calculated and the difference between the strength characteristics of different layers of variatropic sections was estimated. Based on the data obtained, the conclusion was made that chemical activation of coarse and fine aggregate has a positive effect on both integral and differential strength characteristics. The activation of coarse and fine aggregate with an aqueous solution of natural bischofite at a concentration of 5 g (in terms of dry matter) per 1 l of water proved to be the most effective, which is confirmed by in-creases in strength integral and differential characteristics up to 15%.
