Summary:A total of 130 questionnaires were distributed to the older adults from six tier c-long term care stations of Taichung. 14 invalid questionnaires were returned with a valid response rate of 89.2 %. The results of this study were as follows. First, the general health awareness of the subjects was at a medium to a high level. Second, the Active Class helped the subjects to establish life expectations and goals. Third, health awareness and course activity benefits had significantly positive effects on the subjects’ health behavior.
