description | With the advent of new technology and Industry 4.0, innovative approaches to increase Supply Chain visibility are necessary. Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) can all improve supply chain visibility (SCV). It is expected that synchronizing project planning, forecasting, and determining replenishment rates significantly contributes to supply chain performance. This research used a literature review to synthesize prior research and analyze the effect of CPFR implementation. In this research, we concluded with the state of knowledge gaps in CPFR and the potentials for future research. We contributed by reviewing the recent five years of literature and provide an essential view for research to fill the literature gap. |
