Summary:Power brake booster helps to ’boost’ the brakes’ performance. It increases the power exerted without requiring greater force on the foot pedal, making it easier for the driver to brake. It makes use of suction to optimize the driver’s pedal motion while also synchronizing with the master cylinder. Many strategies are designed and being followed by manufacturers for validation to avoid flaws. In this work fuzzy based brake lever effect is handled for real time authentication of the power brake booster. Using fuzzy the real effect of applying brake pedal by driver will be simulated. Servo motor will actuate the motion of the brake pedal where it is the control signal from Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC). With Lab VIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineers’ Workbench) software and collected data’s of ideal power brake booster, the testing of power brake boosters will be done. The power brake booster output will be tracked by Lab VIEW simulation system. The authenticated power brake booster which is on the desired constraints is set ready to fit in automobile.
