Summary:In the digital era, people experience a decline in national life, many people, especially the younger generation, are less interested in inheriting culture, one of which is traditional houses. The purpose of this research is to design AR-Monopoly learning media that can see and interact freely without having to see traditional houses directly and can be used in introducing traditional houses in Indonesia for elementary school students. In line with the research objectives, this research method is R&D (Research and Development) to develop media, then alpha testing is carried out on the media in the form of functionality testing and compatibility testing where the results of the tests can be concluded by researchers. The results obtained in this study after obtaining results in terms of 100% functionality and 100% compatibility so that the learning media is suitable for use as an application to introduce traditional houses. AR learning media innovation can make children interested because it provides new innovations, interesting media or applications that can help develop children’s cognitive abilities. The tracking method used in AR uses Markerless Augmented Reality by scanning markers in monopoly to display 3d objects.
