Summary:The article analyzes the resistance forces, friction forces and their ministerial analysis of the transition of the yarn formed on the surface of the tensioning funnel and capsule from the twisting zone of the yarn formed in the two-for-one twisting spindle, the factors influencing the tension of the yarn obtained in the two-for-one twisting spindle. In order to achieve a uniform distribution of the twists in the yarn, the design of the flexible element device of the two-for-one twistingspindle was created and improved. The laws of technological changes that take place in the two-for-one spindle device are studied.
