Summary:The efficiency of the cleaning and ginning processes of raw cotton depends on the moisture content of the fiber and seeds, and the moisture content of cotton is based on the existing technology. The paper examines the effect of single and double drying processes on changes in moisture content of raw cotton components under production conditions, regression equations are developed based on the results obtained, and recommendations for improving the drying uniformity are given.
