Summary: | Author have proposed the design of Multirate Modules using TSMC 0.25 um,TSMC 0.35 um and AMI 0.6 um technologies. The primary objective is the reduction of power utilization at a high speed. The projected method provides an well-organized approach to build up circuit techniques for high-speed procedure at a less supply power. Transistorized circuits of basic Multirate Modules have been considered using particular technology and done the simulation using cadence tools. The designs are verified and implemented effectively. The author has intended transistor stage realization which has a complete custom design with particular circuit topology and optimization levels. Investigational results show the efficiency of the projected method along with the significance of various techniques. The necessary parameters are observed at different voltage levels and comparative investigational details are depicted. |
