Summary:The report summarizes the SEIR model for forecasting the workload of emergency services. The traditional model is combined with the characteristics of the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic and a graph of new events and new differential equations are constructed. If there are statistics on the transmission characteristics of the COVID-19, then we will be able to predict the development of the epidemic to prepare in advance for prevention and control.
