Summary: | In facing the challenges of dynamic business competition, resilient MSMEs can be influenced by entrepreneurial resilience and organizational resilience. The seller’s smart proactive capabilities suceeded in bridging entrepreneurial and organizational resilience in resilient MSMEs, as well as the moderating effect of environmental turbulence of the relationship between the seller’s smart proactive capabilities on resilient MSMEs, are investigated in this study. A total of 186 responses were collected through questionnaires and interviews from various MSME businesses. This study uses the SEM-PLS path analysis, with the seller’s smart proactive capabilities as mediation and environmental turbulence as a moderator. The findings show that entrepreneurial, organization, and the seller’s smart proactive capabilities can enhance and contribute directly to resilient MSMEs. On the other hand, environmental turbulence does not affect the relationship between organizational resilience and resilient MSME. The conceptual model can be a tool in determining how strong MSMEs are against internal and external variables. |
