Summary:The purpose of this study is to describe the development of FRAME EDU learning media and the feasibility of developing FRAME EDU learning media based on experts. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods. Based on the analysis stage, students do not understand fractional material so that learning outcomes are low. This is because teachers lack innovation in developing learning media. From this stage of analysis, researchers developed an application-based learning media product, namely FRAME EDU as a learning medium in the classroom. Data collection techniques with observation and interviews. Product drafts are tested by material experts and media sources. The validation results by material experts scored 97% including the very decent category, while the validation results by media experts got a score of 92% belonging to the very decent category.
