Summary:The present study discusses the impact of violet and red laser irradiation on the structure characteristics of cobalt dioxide (CoO2). The film was prepared using (SCSPT),. when the obtained films were treated applying a constant violet laser (405 nm) with a power of 1W and a red laser (700nm) with a power of >1000mW for various laser irradiation time. As a consequence of the laser irradiation. This outcome is because laser irradiation functioned like toughening heat to increase the crystallization of the deposited films.
