Summary: | One of the important tasks of agriculture is to increase the milk productivity of cattle and improve the quality of the products obtained. The main factor in solving this problem is to provide the right balanced feed for animals, including silo, one of the succulent feeds. The prospects for the development of dairy cattle breeding largely depend on the provision of high-quality feed. Provision of own production feed, which has a positive effect on the economy, strengthening the forage base, the problem of preserving and improving the quality of feed and ensuring the safety of their nutrients remain one of the important urgent tasks of agriculture. Silo plays an important role in the organization of full-fledged feeding, because the lack of succulent feed in the diet leads to overspending of concentrated feed. The availability of high-quality raw materials, the use and observance of the silo harvesting technology can guarantee the receipt of the highest quality feed. The purpose of the research work is to study the technology of silo production on the farm, as well as to study the quality of harvested silo and its safety for animal health in Yakutia. To solve the purpose of the work, the following tasks were set to obtain and control the safety of the silo: to study the technology of harvesting silage; familiarize yourself with the methods for assessing the quality of silage; carry out a veterinary and sanitary assessment of silo samples. |
