Summary:The topic of physics education is of great importance and a broad topic to cover in a workshop. The workshop delegates had a wide range of experiences, coming from a wide range of backgrounds and including those early in their career to those who are established and leaders in their field. To ensure that all delegates were able to both participate and feel empowered to make changes within their physics education working environment, the workshop focused on looking at different levels or spheres of influence that a person might have, whether that is personally, locally or nationally. To put it another way: What can I do, what can my institute do, and what can be done at the national level to enhance gender equality in physics education?
