Description
Summary:The aim of this study is to improve the performance in terms of Symbol Error Rate (SER) of novel dynamic per user threshold algorithm (DPUTS) for multi user multi input multi output (MU-MIMO) system and comparing with multi threshold scheduling. Two groups, channel aware dynamic per user threshold scheduling and multi threshold scheduling, each with 8 samples, total 16 samples were taken for simulation. The sample size estimation is done using the G Power statistical tool with probability of 80%, confidence interval of 95% and alpha of 0.05. The simulation results show that DPUTS has obtained the mean symbol error rate of 0.2993*10−3 and multi threshold scheduling obtained 0.3681*10−3 with the significant level p=0.041 (
