Summary:The capital city of Indonesia serves a number of vital roles, including those of the nation’s administrative, financial, and commercial hubs. It is a unique capital region of the Jakarta Province. Geomorphologically, DKI Jakarta Province is lowland, which increases the risk of flooding in Jakarta. The purpose of the research is produce a susceptibility map of tidal flood in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Utilizing qualitative data analysis techniques, components of interpretation were applied to understand satellite imaging data. Elevation, slope, and landform indicators are combined to produce a map of flood risk using scoring and overlay techniques. The study’s findings show that low flood risk areas are 10700.80 ha, middle flood risk areas are 28694.15 ha, and high flood risk areas are 27473.13 ha. According to the spatial pattern, south Jakarta which is close to Bogor is the highest concentration of places with low flood susceptibility, while the northern portion of the research area has the lowest concentration of areas with high flood susceptibility. The element at risk that is affected by flooding for high, medium, or low levels is settlement, according to the element at risk study results.
