Summary:Sustainability development is a goal perused by Iraq. This would accelerate the entire sector to be shifted to sustainability. In the last decade, the world’s supreme objectives are how to generate sustainability. In addition, the interest in affordable and sustainable dwelling have notably been increased. The discoveries have concurred with a few nearby and worldwide past examinations in this field, which improve and address a strong point for this exploration. the proposed methodology can be stated as a field study by doing questionnaires for public areas, fundamental meetings with interested people, specialists meeting, and building the proposed methodology to get the real information identified with feasible dwelling projects at logical expenses in Iraq. (26) measures for (3) measurements are appropriate for assessing and making a reasonable judgment on supportable dwelling projects at moderate expenses. There are no limiting enactment and laws for economic advancement in Iraq and the need to arrange irregular endeavors and direct them towards the supportable turn of events. The idealist in this review is successful not just in positioning the manageable dwelling projects at adequate expenses but also in upgrading the course of Governorates and Ministries capacity and working on the capacity of choosing. The study aims are as follows: 1. Designing a sustainable housing project index to rate affordable housing projects within sustainability.
